- 9 Oz. Clear Plastic Cups 80 Count from Walmart
- Marshmallows
- Pipe Cleaners - any color
- Tape
- Hole punch
Print template out.
Cut it out.
Tape it to front of cup.
Fill with Marshmallows.
Punch 2 holes in cup opposite sides from each other.
Put pipe cleaner in holes, twist it closed.
