Cut out a heart from the dark pink construction paper. Cut out 2 small hearts from the light pink construction paper for the wings and a round circle for the head. Glue the head to the large dark pink heart. Glue your two small pink heart for wings onto the large pink heart. Shape a red pipe cleaner into a halo and tape to the back of the angel head. Take your tissue paper and tear it up in little pieces and glue those to the wings. Now you have a cute little Valentine Heart Angel. You could have the child write a scripture on the front of the heart or you could just have them write their name.
